Festive Holiday Racing with a Purpose!

* IMPORTANT RACE INFO *
** PARKING & PACKET PICKUP - Race day runner parking will be in the Event Lot JUST ON MARRIOTT PKWY as you come down Marriott Pkwy from TPC Pkwy just before the main entrance of the Resort. Once parked, your merry shuttle will take you to the nearby Conference Center so you can head up the escalators to Lobby Level with the Packet Pickup in the Verbena Garden Room to the left. ** PRE-RACE NEEDS - The JW has several lovely resort restrooms including near the Main Lobby & two at ground level near Cibolo Moon & High Velocity just inside the main Event Lawn Start Area.
** PLACEMENT - 5k runners arrive to the Main Event Lawn by 4:30pm. Gather way out to the left of the Christmas tree on the lawn's upslope. Start Line is between the Christmas tree & Santa's red sleigh with the fastest runners lining up front. Thanks!
** JOLLY 5K RUNNERS WILL AGAIN RUN TOWARDS THE RESORT ON THE SMALL SIDEWALK THRU THE POOL PAST THE NEW ARTIC LODGE (GREAT PRE&POST RACE HOLIDAY DRINKS, SNACKS & HOLIDAY HANGOUT!!**). PLEASE TAKE IT EASY ON THE FIRST 1/3 MILE WHILE YOU ENJOY THIS FESTIVE & SCENIC SECTION OF THE COURSE ***
** 1/2 PACING NEEDS - Arrive at Main Event Lawn by 5PM & line up with our AMAZING friends from OnPaceRace in these HALF Pace Times: 1:30 / 1:40 / 1:45 / 1:50 / 1:55 / 2:00 / 2:10 / 2:20 / 2:30 / 2:40 / 2:50 / 3:00
** PIT STOPS - Aid Stations are every mile or so. We'll have wet water & gatorade for your hydration. Please throw your used cup into one of our boxes or trash bins. Golf course bathrooms are very nice with several along our very scenic course.

Once parked, your merry shuttle will take you the nearby Conference Center so you can head up the escalators to Lobby Level with the Packet Pickup in the Verbena Garden Room to the left.
Feel free to use any of the many lovely resort restrooms along the way.

HEADLAMPS AVAILABLE FOR $10
*** HALF MARATHON & 10k RUNNERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR HEADLAMPS OR RUNNING LIGHTS ***
To safely navigate the TPC golf course sections of the scenic course that are in the dark, we require our 10k & HALF runners & walkers to have some sort of lighted device to assist them. The illuminated cart paths are for directional purposes only and not enough to light up the entire path since it’s such an expansive area. If you forget your running headlamp, we will have a limited number for sale at a nominal cost to help keep you safe out there. We appreciate y'all thinking SAFETY FIRST.
